ESO is empowered by a network of international and local business partners present in geographical markets of interest.

Objectives

The partner will represent ESO on country level to plan and perform business development services. The main objective is to investigate local needs, increase local awareness of the key benefits on new technologies, to advise on available budgets and policies and to assist in any problem solving in the cycle from awareness to delivery to end user.

  • Function/Task description of representative

    General:

    • Act as central figure in communication between ESO and local contacts (companies, governmental bodies).
    • Visiting local stakeholders and (potential) end users to promote awareness and acceptance of new products and solutions.
    • Assisting in project financing, customs clearance, inland distribution, collecting invoices, handling possible complaints.
    • Responsible to follow up on registration or importation issues at National Authorities if needed.

    Market Intelligence:

    • The representative is responsible to keep ESO informed on new developments locally and if possible regionally.
    • The objective is to deliver to ESO through detailed knowledge of the local market (trends, needs, competition).
    • The representative is responsible to follow and report on local market developments, government policies and import regulations.

    Product / Solution Services:

    • When acting as distributor provide local training, installation services, warranty service and maintenance on both software and hardware.
    • Where applicable the representative will be asked to assist in setting up regional training and service centers.
